Tata Sons has appointed Ishaat Hussain as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (TCS) in place of Cyrus Mistry with immediate effect, the company informed BSE in a filing on Thursday.
TCS said that Hussain would hold office as chairman of the company until a new chairman is appointed in his place.
